Product Announcement: Hair Therapy Wrap
This is a first really at me actually writing a blog like this but this will defiantly not be the last.
On to the actual product though which is the Hair Therapy Wrap. If you are not completely sure what it is it’s a wrap you use along with your deep conditioner to hey deep condition your hair without being under a dryer. They have provided a way for you to get the same penetration the heat from the dryer provides but in a mobile way so you still can clean, bathe, relax, anything that requires you to be in constant motion.
All you do to start you wrap is remover the gel packs and heat them according to manufacture instructions and replace in the wrap.
Which are: Microwave Heating:
Place assembled Hair Therapy Wrap in a domestic microwave oven. Heat for around 80 seconds depending on desired heat. Test the heat at 10 second intervals to find out the desired heating time for your microwave. Do not touch the gel packs directly.
Stove Top Heating:
Bring 3 qts of water to a rolling boil.
Remove gel packs from Heat wrap and immerse only gel packs in heated water with kitchen tongs for no more than 5 minutes.
Do not put the heat wrap in the boiling water.
Remove gel packs from boiled water with kitchen tongs.
Allow hot water to drain, let cool for 1 minute. If too hot, you may use cotton gloves to handle gel packs.
Next apply your deep conditioner and place a disposable plastic cap on your hair.
Then you will place the wrap on your head with the tail end towards the back.
Then at the base of the neck, simply twist the fabric firmly for a snug, drip-proof fit.

Tip #11 Tomato Facial Scrub
Recently venturing youtube I came across this facial scrub that you can use at home with item in your kitchen. It is really simple and cost friendly and extremly beneficial to the skin. And I am now a lover of it along with other new organic treatments that I will and have been posting. I will try to keep up with helpful tips that I know or learn and keep you posted.
Getting on with the show yes you can cleanse you face with a tomato from you very own kitchen and fridge. These are the items you will need:
One Organic Tomato
Fine Granulated Sugar
To get started you you will need to have a clean face then slice the top of the tomato off. It is better to use the top since the stem could also be helpful as a handle. Then dip it in the sugar and in circular motions exfoliate your face. Make sure you cover all of it and wait 10 mins before rinsing off and towel dry.
Just in case you are curious why a tomato just take a look at how it can help you skin.
Tomatoes contain a source of Lycopene . Lycopene is that bright red carotenoid pigment found in tomatoes. It acts like a sunscreen, protecting the tomatoes against UV rays. Lycopene is high in antioxidants with a small molecule structure that can easily be absorbed in the skin. Antioxidants are necessary in skin care because they combat free radicals. Free radicals are byproducts that are formed when oxygen is used by the body. Free radicals are highly reactive chemicals that can damage any structure in living cells. The Skin suffers additional free radical damage from sunlight and pollutants wind, and temperature.

Tip #9 Asprin Mask
Aspirin has many qualities that are very helpful for the skin. Aspirin is made out of salicylic acid also known as Beta Hydroxy Acid, BHA for short.
BHA is an exfoliate and has anti-inflammatory properties. It causes the cells on the epidermis to unstick itself, removing the dead skin cells off and allowing regrowth for new skin. Studies have shown that BHA improves wrinkles, hyper pigmentation of the skin, photo damaged skin, roughness and acne.
Whenever you get a chance, visit your local drug store. You will see many skin care products that cater to acne prone skin tends to have Beta Hydroxy Acid in their ingredients. They usually come in at the concentration of a 1% and 2%.
The downside to Beta Hydroxy Acid? The skin becomes more susceptible to sensitivity of the sun by 50%. Meaning you will need a good SPF moisturizer after you use this mask. Find one that contains UVA AND UVB. UVB affects the outer layer of the epidermis (which causes sunburn) while UVA affects deeper into the skin which causes cancer.
Just in case you cannot wait any longer to know how it is made lets start with what you need.
Ingredients:
a bottle or box of basic aspirin uncoated
or you could use bc powder
honey
And you will need:
SPF 30+ UVA/UVB Moisturizer
to use after the mask.
Now if you are using the tablets take about three and place them on a plate rather small and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water let them sit for a few seconds the press on them to crush them doen then put a little honey on the plate as well and with you fingers mix it together. Then apply to a clean face in circular motions. In 15 mins rinse off. Then apply your moisturizer since this mask although beneficial to the skin can make it very sensitive to uv rays.
If using the bc powder open one packet and pour it on a plate. Add 1 tablespoon of water maybe even less and also add some honey. Then with a clean face apply in a circular motion then wait for 15 mins before rinsing off. Then apply moisturizer.
Only do this mask once or twice a week that is all that is needed. For added information if using the tablets you will receive a better exfollient where the powder provides a finer feel.
IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ASPIRIN DO NOT USE!!! ALSO IF YOU ALLERGIC TO HONEY, YOU CAN STILL USE THIS MASK JUST DO NOT ADD THE HONEY!!!

Tip #7 Homemade Facial Moisture Scrub
This is a organic homemade scrub I have recently learned about and wanted to share with all. It is great for dry skin.
Ingredients are:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pure Organic Honey
Organic Granulated Sugar
You will also need a small container and something to mix the ingredients.
To prepare put 3 tablespoons of Olive oil in the container. Then 2 tablespoons of honey.Lastly half a cup of Sugar and mix.
You do not need to mix and mix and mix just get everything together. When using you will need about a nickel size amount. It is better to use little spatulas to remove product from the container. This is also more sanitary. Do not use this scrub everyday. Once a week or two times a week is enough. Do not store in the refrigerator. It should last on shelf for about one month before more should be made. Lastly before using you newly made product make sure that you have already precleaned your face.
